Monday Must Haves - Fruit

Welcome to Monday Must Haves, my place for cataloguing all those things I see in my day-to-day existence that I just gotta have. This week is all about fruit. I'm trying to eat healthier and in the process I'm finding all of these neat little gadgets.

Fruit Jackets - I saw these on one of the morning shows and thought they were awesome. Fruit jackets protect the fruit you're taking with you for the day so it doesn't get bumped or bruised in your purse, lunchbox, or briefcase. Each jacket zips closed and is form fitting around each piece of fruit. At a cost of about $9.99, you just might get the kids to want to bring their apple, banana or pear to school. Super cute idea!

Kidoozie Garden Fresh Fruits and Veggies - This is a fantastic idea for the little ones to get familiar with fruits and veggies. They can peel or cut the fruits and veggies and then velcro them back together. Everything can be stored in the adorable canvas tote. This costs about $15 and just might help promote healthy eating habits.

Fruit Combo Rack - This nifty little combo rack holds 10 pieces of fruit and a bunch of bananas on the hook. It's a sleek, modern organization piece that limits the points of contact on fruit to ensure even ripening. For about $20, you get a great conversation piece that makes you want to grab a piece of fruit.

Fruit Infusion Pitcher - This could very well be the perfect pitcher for your summer drinks. The fruit infusion pitcher is designed to place fruits and herbs in a removable hollow rod without having to replace the fruit if you need to refill the pitcher. The rod has open slots that allow the fruit to naturally combine with the liquid. For less than $20, you get a great pitcher and a unique centerpiece for your table as well.
