I'm currently reading An Italian Affair by Laura Fraser, and it is excellent! It's a travelogue of Italy intertwined with the true story of author's life after her husband left her.






I just finished reading An Object of Beauty by Steve Martin, which was also a great read.






Next, I think I'll pick up The Double Bind by Chris Bohjalian.

    An Italian Affair sounds great. Anything set in Italy has got to be a good read! Have you read any of Nicky Pellegrino's books? She sets her books in Italy, or around Italian families - I really enjoy them.

    Oh wow - good for the author of An Italian Affair that she was able to turn such an awful experience into something positive
