This is not the first time this has happened to me but today has to be an all-time low for Dunkin Donuts. They got my entire order wrong. The whole order. The worst part is I ordered through the drive-thru and didn't see how wrong everything was until I got home. Check it out:
I ordered an egg & cheese sandwich on a plain bagel not toasted.
I got an egg & cheese sandwich on a plain bagel toasted.
I ordered a veggie egg white wrap.
I got an egg & cheese wrap.
I ordered a small decaf tea with milk & sugar.
I got a small green tea with milk & sugar.
Really Dunkin Donuts? Really???
I just hate it when that happens... When I was preggers all my orders ANYWHERE were REALLY bad. I always ended up calling UPSET (haha hormones) and asking them to fix it but then I wouldn't end up not going back *sigh* Yet, I have still not learned to check the order in the car before driving away.

Can I just say that we used to have a saying... "if ignorance is bliss, give me a lobotomy and a job at Dunkin' Donuts." I think that all the DD employees have had that procedure ;-) But I really miss their donuts (they aren't around my neck of the woods). There's also that saying from Lethal Weapon... Joe Pesci says "They always *bleep* you at the drive-thru! They know you'll be miles away before you realize it!" I am sorry your DD experience was not blissful :)

ReplyDeleteJust the other day I was at Starbucks and I ordered a Mocha Latte. They gave me a chocolate milk instead. :P
