Years ago, hubs and I took a road trip from New Jersey to Florida. He thought it would be great to listen to an audiobook to help pass the time. I don't even remember what it was, but I just couldn't get into it. I tried but couldn't focus. I was distracted by everything going on outside my window and the random thoughts popping into my head. I like to hold a book and look at the words. Audiobooks just aren't for me.
