I would probably recommend anything by Elin Hilderbrand. She is an author who lives on Nantucket, and all of her novels take place on the island. Her novels are light reading and thoroughly enjoyable. Will definitely make you want to visit Nantucket.

The first book that popped into my mind is "The Rowan" by Anne McCaffrey. She has got to be my absolute favorite author!
