Musing Mondays

MizB at Should Be Reading hosts Musing Mondays. This week's musing asks . . . Do you like looking at other people’s bookshelves?

I LOVE looking at other people's bookshelves. It definitely tells you a little bit about the person as well as gives me some new book titles (like I need more). I always look to see if there's something on the shelf that I've read - something we have in common. Plus books stacked nicely on bookshelves, in my opinion, are just very attractive. I can't help but look.

  1. Isn't it funny how we are like magnets to books.
    Thanks for stopping by.

  2. In some ways it can be similar to visiting a museum. My bookshelves are like part of the museum of me.

  3. I too, like looking at others bookshelves, although most of my friends are not readers as I am. So they mostly check out my bookshelves and if they see something they would like to read they borrow it.

  4. What is so sad is that there just isn't enough time to read all the books I'd like to read.
