MizB at Should Be Reading hosts WWW Wednesdays. To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…
• What are you currently reading? I'm currently reading "Lucky" by Alice Sebold.
• What did you recently finish reading? I finally finished reading "Love in the Time of Cholera" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez
• What do you think you’ll read next? Next I'm going to read "Here on Earth" by Alice Hoffman
I confess, I've only seen the movie of Love in the Time of Cholera...it made me teary-eyed, so I'm not sure if I'll ever work up the courage to read the book. But I should! :)

I had a lot of expectations from Love in the Time of Cholera when I read the book! I had heard so much about it; and don't get me wrong, I did like it, but not as much as I had expected!!

Great reads! Lucky is so moving, it's something that sticks with you after finishing. Haven't read the others yet - but I now have more things to add to my TBR list! :)

I am on the lookout for Lucky thanks to your recommendation! Checked my local second hand bookstore but they didn't have one in stock so will head to the library instead!

Agreed! Without wanting to offend anyone, I've been amazed by the number of paranormal and vampire readers out there. I'm finding it hard to come across other "ordinary" bloggers!
ReplyDeleteLove that photo, is that your baby? Boy, he looks MAD! Enjoy seeing the book list. I like Alice Hoffman. "The Third Angel" is a really good one. "Love in the Time of Cholera" was good too. Kinda hard to get into, but once you do, it grabs you. Found your site on the Weekend Blog Hop.
