Truer words have never been spoken....and I've found that this can really go either way. Things tend to never be as good or bad as they appear to be. My favourite saying is "This too shall pass" - reminds me that no matter how things seem - or what the reality turns out to be - you won't be in it forever. It's almost comforting to know that these are just moments -- even if that moment seems like it will last forever.
