LBD of the Week - 3/28/14

This week's LBD isn't exactly an LBD. It's actually a little black suit worn by Emma Watson. Love it as an alternative to the LBD as long as it's done right. This is done right!

LBD of the Week - 3/21/14

This week's LBD is a sexy little number by Bec & Bridge worn by Naya Rivera. The cut-outs on the side and the sheer covering the cleavage - hot, hot, hot.

LBD of the Week - 3/14/14

In an effort to blog a bit more and keep up to speed on the latest fashions, I am beginning my LBD (little black dress) of the week. Undoubtedly, some celebrity somewhere will sport an LBD at least once a week. I'll post my favorite look here.

This week's was easy because it made headlines - not for the dress but for the person. Apparently Renée Zellweger made an appearance on a red carpet this week, and it made news since she's been laying low for a while. Here's my first ever LBD of the week.

Oscar Fashions 2014

This year's Academy Awards did not disappoint, bringing award season to a close with some lovely fashions. Here are my top 3 of the night:

1. Kate Hudson in Atelier Versace - Glamour. Glamour. Glamour. This was stunning, old Hollywood and absolutely perfect. The removable capelet in back was simply sublime. Kate Hudson has never looked better!

2. Amy Adams in Gucci Couture - Yet another shade of blue on Amy Adams and yet again, it worked for me. This was a simple cut, fit her perfectly, and very elegant.

3. Anne Hathaway in Gucci - I know some thought this was a misstep, but I enjoyed it. The way this sparkled and shown on camera was fantastic. It brought a little edge to the fashions on display.
